About Me

Hi, I’m Michelle Roshanzamir. 

I'm a creative who stepped into operations and business. And I get it - because I've been on both sides.

With a background including nonprofit, arts management, and business development, I've spent years helping creatives and mission-driven leaders do something most operations and business people can't: understand why the creative vision matters AND build the systems to make it sustainable.

I work behind the scenes - designing strategies, building workflows, creating systems - so you can step back from the admin and step into the leadership and creative work you actually want to do.

I’ve been called “the secret agent of the arts,” and it fits. I work behind the scenes to move your work forward and help you get back to the work you love.
