You've Built Something Real. But It's Not Sustainable.

You got into this because you love what you’re creating - the work, the craft, the mission.

But now you're spending 80% of your time on admin, operations, coordinating teams, chasing down invoices, managing donor relationships, prepping for the next event or season, and putting out fires.

The creative work that made you fall in love with this? It's been squeezed into the margins.

And every year - and quarter - looks the same:
You set goals. You get buried in the day-to-day. You wrap the project, close the event, finish the program.

And three months later, you're back in the same place - doing the same work, solving the same problems, wondering why nothing's changed.

Here's the reality:

  • You're working harder than ever, but revenue isn't keeping up
  • You can't take on more clients or projects without working more hours
  • You can't take a week off without everything grinding to a halt
  • You're the person everything depends on - every decision, every task, every fire
  • And you're spending more time managing the business than doing the creative work you started this for

That's not a personal failure. That's an infrastructure problem.

You don't have a motivation problem. You don't need to work harder.

You need systems that actually hold the work - so the work doesn't require you to hold everything.

And that's exactly what we're going to build.

What We'll Build Together

Over 12 weeks, we'll move through three core questions that turn chaos into structure:

1. Where are you now - and where are you going?
Clarity to Strategy
Vision, values, goals, business phases, role audit, roadmap and planning. We'll get clear on what you're building and what actually needs to happen to get there.

2. How do you build what holds it?
Streamlined Operations
Systems, SOPs, workflows, onboarding/offboarding, automation, infrastructure. The backend that lets the work happen without requiring you to be the center of every decision, task, and fire.

3. How do you grow without the panic?
Offers, Launches & Growth
Your offers, launches, and campaigns. Messaging that moves. Customer/donor journey. Team as support. Tools and templates. The structure that lets you grow without burning out.

This isn't about doing more. It's about building the infrastructure that lets you do less - and grow more.

By the End of 12 Weeks, Here's What's Different:

✅ You have documented processes for the recurring work you do - from onboarding (team, board, donors, vendors, clients), event planning, fundraising campaigns, program delivery - so you're not rebuilding timelines, workflows, or checklists from scratch every time

✅ You have clear roles and decision rights - so your team knows what they own and when to loop you in (instead of asking you about everything)

✅ You have automation handling the repetitive work - so you're not manually sending confirmation emails, updating spreadsheets, tracking invoices, or chasing down RSVPs

✅ You have a system for reviewing what's working - debriefs after every project, event, or campaign that capture what to repeat, what to change, and what to stop doing

✅ You have templates and assets saved - email sequences, timelines, budget templates, vendor lists - so next time you start from 80% done instead of 0%

✅ You have protected time for the creative work - because the business can run without requiring you to be the center of every decision, task, and fire

Translation: You're working fewer hours, you're not doing five jobs anymore, and actually moving toward the business you want - instead of just surviving the one you have.

“I wanted to work with her to organize and identify the mission, vision, and purpose for my business.  We had scheduled meetings, feedback, provided next steps, focus and specificity as well as sharing ideas and viewpoints. We also worked on completing my website and developing other written materials, along with identifying work opportunities that pertain to the services my business can provide.  You are professional, analytical, able to take information in and put it together in a coherent fashion and uses the time wisely.  In addition, you’re very pleasant to work with and open to my specific process.”

About Me

Hi, I'm Michelle Roshanzamir.

I'm a creative who stepped into operations, arts/nonprofit admin, and business. And I get it - because I've been on both sides.

With a background in nonprofit/arts management and business development, I've spent years helping creatives and mission-driven leaders do something most operations and business people can't: understand why the creative vision matters AND build the systems to make it sustainable.

I work with you behind the scenes, helping you understand the business side of things, develop the strategies, build the workflows, and create the systems so you can move your work forward, stop drowning in the day-to-day, and have the freedom to do more of what you want to be doing.

Whether you're launching something new, building internal infrastructure, scaling your team, or just trying to get your life back - I bring the operational clarity that lets you grow with ease.

Let's get started.
